We've been planning a rebuild of the Kamaelia website to focus on applications written using kamaelia, how to modify them, make your apps using it, and how to join in (hoping people are interested in doing so), and whilst that's a wider scope than some of the things he's suggesting, but it's a good checklist. (After all, each of the applications themselves should actually have a project page with that sort of information).
